Fees For Using JustBeads.com Services

Basic Listing Fee

The Basic listing fee to post items to the JustBeads.com site is ONLY $0.25 cents per single item auction listing. If you offer 3 of the same item via the Dutch Auction format, The basic listing fee would be $0.25 per item offered.  As add-ons to the basic listing, we make available optional services designed to offer premium placement and draw more attention to the listing.  In addition, we charge a selling commission if your item sells. This commission fee is based upon the final selling price of your item. Read on to understand our Optional Services.  All fees are outlined in a table format.

Our Optional Services are designed to make your auction listings stand out from the others. The services consist of priority placements and attention-getting features that help to get more bidders to look at and hopefully bid on your item. No other auction venue offers the package of priority placement and attention-getting options offered by JustBeads.com

What's Free? - Items that have not sold may be re-listed up to 10 times at NO CHARGE!    In addition, you may list one (1) thumbnail photo and up to four (4) full size photos for use with your auction listing without incurring any additional fees.

What's Not Free - We charge fees for 'Basic' listings, 'Showcase' listings and 'Featured' listings as well as Final Sale Fees on any item listing that sells. We also charge modest fees for our optional services outlined below.  We have deliberately kept our fee structure very low, to make the optional services more affordable for all of our customers.

Each seller will be extended a selling limit of $5.00.  If your use of our services will cause you to exceed that amount, you must either place a credit card on file with us or prepay by Check, PayPal or Money Order. Sellers will be billed on a monthly basis for services used.  Click on For Sellers at the top of any of our pages for tools that will allow you to check your account balance, place a credit card on file, make a Credit Card or PayPal payment, and otherwise manage the financial aspects of your account.

Payment is due on the 1st of each month . If you have a Credit Card on file with us, we will automatically debit your Credit Card for you.

Please note that once an item has been re-listed more than five (5) times, it will be listed under the "All Items", (default view), tab only.  If you re-list an item that was won by a bidder, the re-listing will incur the same fees as the original listing.  Listing fees are non-refundable except as outlined below.

If a bidder wins an item but does not complete the transaction, we will allow the item to be re-listed and will issue a credit for the Final Sale fees.  To request a credit for an item, please contact us at admin@justbeads.com.  Please include the auction item number and the reason that the credit is being requested.   Credit requests must be made within 30 days of the close of an auction.

Showcase auctions are randomly displayed on our Home Page.  Our Home Page is the most-visited page on JustBeads.com.   Consequently, Showcase auctions will be seen by the largest audience of any of our auction types.  When a seller lists an item, she/he can decide to have that item listed as a Showcase auction.   In doing so, you will incur a small additional fee for that listing.  Items that have been re-listed more than 5 times will not be included in Showcase Listings.

Showcase listings are an extra-charge optional service that we provide to our sellers as a way for them to get priority placement for their auction listings.  See table of fees below.

Each category contains three sections of auction listings. Featured auctions are listed at the top of each category, and are listed first in search results. Because the item is listed above other auctions, it will typically be seen by more bidders and will often draw more bids and command a higher purchase price. When a seller lists an item, she can decide to have that item listed in the 'Featured' section. In doing so, she will incur a small additional fee for that listing.

Featured listings are an extra-charge optional service that we provide to our sellers as a way for them to get priority placement for their auction listings. See table of fees below.
